Three trims are available with the ‘25 CR-V Hybrid: Sport, Sport-L, and Sport Touring. All come with a two-motor hybrid system featuring a four-cylinder gasoline engine producing a total system output of 204 hp. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) directs power to the standard front-wheel-drivetrain; however, all-wheel drive is optional for the Sport and Sport-L and standard in the Sport Touring.
According to EPA estimates, the FWD CR-V Hybrid achieves 43 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway, while the AWD variant fulfills 40 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
Standard features in the base Sport consist of heated front seats with power adjustments for the driver, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, dual-zone automatic climate control, a moonroof, proximity keyless entry, push-button ignition, ambient center console lighting, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, a front-console USB data port, three USB-C ports (one in the front console and two in the second row), roof rails, heated side mirrors with turn-signal indicators, LED headlights and taillights, and rear privacy glass.
The Sport-L introduces leather upholstery with orange contrast stitching, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a driver’s seat with position memory, a power-adjustable front passenger’s seat, a wireless phone charger, and a power liftgate. At the top of the lineup, the Sport Touring has expanded ambient interior lighting, a heated steering wheel, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and a hands-free liftgate.
The ’25 CR-V Hybrid comes with the Honda Sensing suite of advanced safety features, which contains forward collision warning, collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, road departure mitigation, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, driver attention monitoring, and a rear seat reminder. Each trim also receives blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic high beams, and a rear-seat reminder. With the Sport-L and Sport Touring, safety is enhanced with front and rear parking sensors and low-speed braking control.
The Sport gets an infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, and Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming. Meanwhile, the Sport-L upgrades to a 9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, HD Radio, and an eight-speaker audio system. The top-tier Sport Touring’s setup is even more desirable, adding built-in navigation, a premium 12-speaker Bose audio system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and HondaLink subscription services.
